The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations conducts periodic surveys at Upstate Surgery Center. The purpose of these surveys is to evaluate Upstate Surgery Center's compliance with the nationally established Joint Commission standards. Survey results are used to determine whether, and the conditions under which, accreditation should be awarded to the organization. We are very concerned about your safety while you are with us.
